Main responsibilities and duties:
- Receiving and welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and directing them towards the appropriate products
- Present and explain product features and offers, conduct sales, confirm payment procedures and issue invoices
- Maintaining the order and organization of the department in accordance with approved policies, ensuring the availability of displayed stock and updating the floor level
- Providing basic after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and dealing with complaints professionally and quickly
- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales goals by using updated selling strategies
- Maintaining the department's appearance in accordance with standards and directives, and participating in periodic inventory counting operations
- Work closely with the marketing team and other employees to deliver a unified and engaging experience
Requirements:
Experience in special cake orders and chocolate styling
Ability to deal with point of sale systems and payment procedures
Proficiency in the Arabic language, and it is preferable to have proficiency in the English language at a level that helps in communicating with customers
Flexibility in working hours and able to work evenings and holidays according to the chosen work schedule
Strong organizational and communication skills, effective listening skill with the ability to convert customer needs into sales
Skills to close the sale and build rapport with customers
Knowledge of department products and ability to provide accurate and up-to-date information
Teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and cleanliness of the department
