Preparing offers and prices in coordination with the technical department:
- Pricing projects competitively and thoughtfully
- Follow up on offers until they are approved
Closing trades:
- Negotiating with clients
- Convincing the customer of the value for the price
- Signing contracts and following up on payments
Project follow-up:
- Follow up on project implementation with the factory
- Coordination with the client during implementation
- Solve any problems that arise during work
Market study:
- Analysis of competitors in the field of aluminum and glass
- Knowing the prevailing prices in the market
- Follow up on new projects in the region
Promotion of products:
- Marketing aluminum systems through: field visits, social media, exhibitions and events
Building identity and brand:
- Enhancing the factory’s reputation in the market
- Highlighting the quality of the work carried out (Portfolio)
- Publishing pictures of completed projects
Preparing marketing materials:
- Preparing brochures and introductory booklets
- Preparing presentations
- Update the website (if available)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Recording customer data and periodic follow-up
- Analyzing customer behavior and needs
- Maintaining customer satisfaction after sales
- Coordination with: the technical department (Shop drawings), the production department, and the installation department
- Knowledge of the types of systems such as: curtain wall, sliding and hinged windows, aluminum doors, and glass facades.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on: sales, new customers, and the status of offers
- Achieving Sales Target
- Follow up on financial collection with clients
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in sales with a customer base
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, preferably proficiency in AutoCAD
Mastering the skill of communication and business correspondence with clients
