General objective of the job:
- Acting on behalf of the CEO in attending meetings and following up on work
- Preparing periodic reports for senior management on administrative performance, challenges, and proposed solutions
- Organizing and following up on daily operations within the organization to ensure the workflow is organized and efficient
- Improving processes, directing teams to achieve organizational goals, monitoring performance, organizing resources, and ensuring accurate implementation of policies
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Supervising daily administrative operations and ensuring their implementation efficiently and in accordance with approved policies
- Coordinating work between different departments to enhance institutional integration and achieve optimal performance
- Preparing and following up on administrative budgets, and monitoring expenditures to ensure optimal use of financial resources
- Develop and update administrative policies and procedures in accordance with organizational growth and best practices
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, governance and risk management standards, and application of occupational safety standards
- Supervising support services such as facilities, maintenance, security, and administrative procurement
- Leading continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives to raise the efficiency of operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field
At least 8 years of experience in property and real estate management
Familiarity with real estate and tax systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
High skills in negotiation and customer service
Ability to prepare accurate financial and administrative reports
Leadership, organizational and budget management skills
Ability to solve problems and make decisions
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
