Job description:
- Accessing and managing government platforms to complete the official transactions and services required for the Chairman of the Board of Directors
Organizing appointments and managing the schedule:
- Organize and manage the Chairman's schedule, including appointments, meetings and reminders
- Coordination with internal and external authorities to arrange appointments and follow-ups
Travel and reservations:
- Booking airline tickets, hotels, and car rentals for travel inside and outside the Kingdom
- Make restaurant and event reservations upon request
Villa management and staff:
- Supervising and coordinating the villa employees
- Ensure that tasks are distributed appropriately, and follow up on attendance and employee performance
Property management and payments:
- Handling the payment of utility bills such as electricity, water, and service fees related to the property
- Organizing a schedule for payments to ensure they are paid on time and avoid delays
Coordination with suppliers and contractors:
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors and maintenance service providers for villa repairs, installations or general maintenance
- Searching for new suppliers when needed and following up on the quality of services and implementation dates
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
