- Managing the Etemad platform: monitoring new competitions daily, downloading brochures, and following up on inquiries and responses.
- Preparing technical files: formulating work methodology, implementation plan, supply schedules, and periodic reports.
- Preparing quality and safety plans: preparing occupational safety and health (HSE) files and ensuring their compliance with the conditions of the brochure
- Financial coordination: Cooperating with the administration to control prices in the bills of quantities and ensure the accuracy of the calculations and calculations
Document management: organizing and updating the company’s previous work and official certificates (registry, zakat, insurance, classification) and ensuring their validity.
- Time Commitment: Ensure that offers are submitted sufficiently before the end of the submission deadline to avoid any technical obstacles
Requirements:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Saudi government competitions and contracting.
Complete professionalism in dealing with the “Etimad” platform and all its procedures
Very advanced proficiency in the Office suite (particularly Word for technical file formatting, and Excel for financial spreadsheets).
High ability to write in Arabic (English is an added advantage).
Extreme precision, keen observation, and the ability to work under pressure of deadlines.
