Job description:
General objective of the job:
- Organizing and following up on daily operations within the organization to ensure the workflow is organized and efficient
- Improving processes and guiding teams to achieve organizational goals
- Performance monitoring
- Organizing resources
- Ensuring accurate implementation of policies

Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Supervising daily administrative operations and ensuring their implementation efficiently and in accordance with approved policies
- Coordinating work between different departments to enhance institutional integration and achieve optimal performance
- Preparing and following up on administrative budgets, and monitoring expenditures to ensure optimal use of financial resources
- Develop and update administrative policies and procedures in accordance with organizational growth and best practices
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, governance and risk management standards, and application of occupational safety standards
- Supervising support services such as facilities, maintenance, security, and administrative procurement
- Leading continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives to raise the efficiency of operations
- Preparing periodic reports for senior management on administrative performance, challenges and proposed solutions
Requirements:
  • 10 years experience in the same field
  • Ability to analyze operational problems and propose effective solutions
  • The skill of making decisions based on analysis and data
  • Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers
  • Strategic and operational planning and efficient management of priorities
  • High ability to lead and motivate work teams
  • Ability to support digital transformation and automation of procedures
  • Change management and improvement of internal processes
  • Advanced skills in organization, time management, and multitasking
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
