- Supervising the management and operation of clients’ properties (residential, commercial properties, lands...) and preserving their value and maximizing their investment returns, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and ensuring the provision of professional and reliable service to clients.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- He undertakes the task of marketing real estate to attract suitable tenants, through the use of various means such as the Internet, social media, and relationships in the real estate field.
- Working to increase the company’s real estate portfolio
- Ensures that there are clear legal lease contracts for all owners and tenants, to guarantee the rights of all parties as required by the Ejar platform, and follows up on the status of lease contracts and renewing or terminating them.
- Supervising collection operations and following up on defaulting tenants. Following up on collections on the Ejar and Najez platform and updating payments to tenants.
- Carrying out maintenance work in real estate, controlling it, approving various types of offers, and ensuring quality and appropriate cost
- Develop periodic plans for preventive and emergency maintenance
- Monitoring real estate occupancy, submitting monthly reports to management and owners, and making periodic inspection visits to real estate
- Coordinating sales and rent operations, supervising the signing of contracts and disbursing financial dues
- Act as an intermediary and negotiate between buyers and sellers
- Receiving complaints from tenants and landlords and resolving them professionally and quickly
- Building positive relationships with tenants and owners to enhance stability and raise the occupancy rate
- Preparing and managing operational budgets and annual estimates of revenues and expenses
- Monitor cash flows and provide periodic financial reports to owners
- Suggest ways to maximize revenues, such as rehabilitating properties or marketing them better
- Study the real estate market and provide recommendations and new investment opportunities
- Ensuring that contracts and procedures are compatible with applicable real estate and tax systems
- Follow up on government requirements (such as municipal licenses, the Real Estate Authority, the Zakat and Tax Authority, etc.)
- Follow up on the legal administration regarding issues (financial claims - evictions - etc.)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in property and real estate management
  • Familiarity with real estate and tax systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Ability to prepare accurate financial and administrative reports
  • Leadership, organizational and budget management skills
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
  • High skills in negotiation and customer service
  • Accuracy and ability to work under pressure
