Job duties:
- Implementing and following up on daily administrative work within the company
- Entering and organizing data accurately on various systems and programs
- Managing and monitoring the company’s social media platforms and websites
- Carrying out secretarial work such as organizing appointments and meetings and preparing correspondence and reports
- Archiving and organizing files and documents
- Coordination between different departments and following up on administrative work progress
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative work
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
Good skills in entering data accurately and quickly
Ability to organize work and arrange tasks
Good communication skills and working within a team
