Job description:
- An administrative employee is required to carry out administrative work, public relations and secretarial work
- Work location: Riyadh

Job duties:
- Implementing and following up on daily administrative work within the company
- Entering and organizing data accurately on various systems and programs
- Managing and monitoring the company’s social media platforms and websites
- Carrying out secretarial work such as organizing appointments and meetings and preparing correspondence and reports
- Archiving and organizing files and documents
- Coordination between different departments and following up on administrative work progress
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administrative work
  • Proficiency in using computers and office programs
  • Good skills in entering data accurately and quickly
  • Ability to organize work and arrange tasks
  • Good communication skills and working within a team
