• Receiving and recording daily requests for fuel
• Follow up on the receipt of requests by station supervisors
• Ensure the available stock at stations to ensure no interruption
• Effective communication with Aramco and the Ministry of Energy to control quantities and procedures related to fuel
• Follow up on the accounting allocation of purchases to stations
• Quantity scheduling
• Booking orders
• Cancellation of orders
• Adding and updating data for tankers and drivers
• Search for the best price offers for all necessary station purchases
• Preparing supply contracts and following them up in cooperation with the legal department
• Performing any tasks required by work
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in the same field, preferably in the field of gas stations
