- Scheduling and reviewing all booking appointments for the doctor in coordination with the call center department and the reception department according to any updates in appointments, to include patients visiting the branch without prior reservations, and ensuring that there are no problems in any case.
- Follow up on cancellations made by patients to organize the doctor’s schedule, as well as inform the call center and reception of the doctor’s cancellations to cancel or transfer his reservations to other doctors.
- Communicating to confirm the reservation with patients the day before the reservation and coordinating with unconfirmed patients to prepare an alternative reserve reservation
- Sending a message to remind patients two hours before the appointment, monitoring any possible cancellations or delays, and informing the reception of them to reduce waiting and delays.
- Giving the doctor a summary of the cases before starting work and coordinating any special cases or problems that must be dealt with, then making a review of what happened during the day and an initial review of tomorrow’s cases at the end of the day.
- Organizing patients’ entry to the doctor in coordination with the reception department
- Receiving instructions from the doctor after the examination and transferring the patient to the next stage of payment, then receiving the services and resolving any problems related to the cost by coordinating to make a discount.
- Coordinate with nursing to prepare to receive the service, evaluate customer satisfaction after its completion, and encourage happy patients to give an excellent rating on Google
- Coordinate with the doctor to respond to any comments or objections from the customer to the service provided and inform Quality through its channels of any unresolved problems.
- Review any problems related to the doctor’s case accounts in coordination with the branch and the financial department
