Role Purpose*:
- As our Senior Chef – Production, you will lead daily kitchen production to deliver consistent quality and on-time output at scale.
- You will manage the kitchen team, ensure strict adherence
to recipes and portioning, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards. This is a hands-on
- leadership role focused on execution, discipline, and consistency across the kitchen
Key Responsibilities:
- PRIORITY: Daily Production Execution & Consistency
Production Planning & Execution:
• Plan daily production based on orders and forecasts
• Execute batch cooking and station workflows efficiently
• Ensure portioning and packing specs are followed consistently
• Ensure production is completed on time for dispatch and delivery cutoffs
Quality Control & Standardization:
• Enforce recipe adherence and consistency across shifts
• Conduct taste checks and quality checks for batches
• Maintain basic production logs and traceability for daily batches
Hygiene, Food Safety & Compliance:
• Enforce hygiene standards, cleaning schedules, and proper storage practices
• Ensure temperature control and safe food handling practices are followed
Team Leadership (MANDATORY):
• Manage kitchen team schedules, attendance, performance, and discipline
• Train staff on production workflow, portioning, and quality standards
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and clear daily task assignments
Waste Control & Efficiency:
• Reduce waste through yield control and proper handling
• Monitor usage vs plan and report variances
Experience (MANDATORY): CDP level or higher - REQUIRED
People management / kitchen team leadership experience - REQUIRED
Experience in high-volume kitchens (cloud kitchen, catering, restaurant, or central kitchen) - strongly preferred
Experience in 5-star hotels - a big plus
Arabic and/or English communication skills sufficient for kitchen execution and team communication
Strong all-round production knowledge across hot kitchen, garde manger, and bakery basics - REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of food production processes and kitchen workflow
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Strong portion control and consistency mindset

• Basic salary: SAR [4,000 - 5,000]/month
• Housing allowance: 25% of basic
• Transportation allowance: 10% of basic
• Performance bonus: SAR 2,000 monthly for achieving 1 KPI (as per company policy):
production targets met and customer rating ≥ 4.5
• Contract: 1 Year renewable
