Main role:
- Lead the development of new products and improve the existing menu, focusing on setting precise recipe standards (taste, cost, quality, weight) and ensuring their scalability and daily production with consistent quality
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field
Previous experience in 5-star hotels, catering companies, or large-scale food production projects (mandatory)
At least two years of experience in recipe development, costing, and production flow study for large-scale operations (mandatory)
