- Selling a range of goods and services to customers
- Providing information regarding products, uses, and prices
- Monitor stock levels, maintain store order, issue product orders, and handle incoming products
- Handling payment and receiving payments from customers, and processing requests for product exchanges and returns in accordance with established policy
