- Sales specialists are required to work in the Cities Industrial Authority in (Madinah - Dammam - Sudair)
Objective of the job:
- Working as a unified point of contact within the industrial city to represent the company commercially and service-wise, by promoting logistical solutions, attracting customers, and enhancing their satisfaction to ensure revenue growth and sustainability of relationships.
Most important responsibilities:
- Marketing and selling transportation, warehousing, shipping, and customs clearance services
- Attracting sales opportunities through visits, meetings, and direct communication with factories
- Preparing commercial offers and following up on long-term contracts
- Developing clients from simple operational services to integrated logistics solutions (3PL–5PL)
- Managing customer inquiries and complaints and ensuring rapid response
- Coordination with operations teams to ensure services are implemented in accordance with agreements
- Raising customer satisfaction and enhancing their loyalty
Requirements:
At least two years of sales experience in the logistics sector
Language requirements:
English-good
