- Receiving customer inquiries and understanding their tourism needs
- Proposing customized tourism programs that include destinations, activities, accommodation, and means of transportation
- Booking airline tickets, hotels and tourist activities
- Providing accurate information about tourist destinations (landmarks, visas, weather, local customs)
- Preparing detailed quotes and following up on payment processes
- Coordination with airlines, hotels and tour operators
- Handling modifications or complaints before and during the trip
- Follow up on customer satisfaction after the trip ends
- Constant access to the latest offers and tourist destinations
