Job Description:
- Accurately inventory and calculate work quantities, prepare estimated costs, follow up on changes and change orders, and ensure that the project adheres to the approved budget and the contract
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Determine the quantities of all project items from plans and specifications
- Preparing bills of quantities (BOQ)
- Pricing items based on market prices and price analysis
- Preparing technical and financial bids and tenders
- Preparing the estimated cost of the project before implementation
- Follow up on actual costs and compare them with the approved budget
Requirements:
Experience in Fit-Out projects and MEP works
Experience in inventorying quantities and preparing BOQ
