Job description:
Managing government platforms:
- Managing the company’s account on the Qiwa platform and following up on all services related to contracts, transfer of services, and issuance of visas
- Follow up on the company’s social insurance account (adding/removing employees, amending data, updating wages, following up on contributions)
- Managing the Muqeem platform to complete and renew residency and visa transactions
- Dealing with the Absher Business platform for passport procedures and services related to employees
- Follow up on other government platforms according to the company’s activity, such as: Zatka, Baladi, Chamber of Commerce, Salama, Ministry of Commerce
Termination of government transactions and licenses:
- Follow up on the issuance and renewal of the commercial register, municipal licenses, civil defense certificates, Chamber of Commerce subscriptions, and any required permits
- Follow up and complete transactions for issuing and renewing work and residency permits for employees
- Follow up on visa procedures (visit/work/exit and return/final exit)
- Follow up on any government transactions related to the company to ensure that operational operations are not delayed
Follow up on compliance and regulatory compliance:
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and official authorities
- Follow up on the company’s status in localization and compliance scopes and requirements
- Addressing government violations and fines and closing them on time
- Follow up on any updates or new decisions from government agencies and inform management of them
Internal coordination and document management:
- Coordination with human, financial and management resources to prepare the required documents for government agencies
- Save and archive all government transactions and official documents in an organized manner
- Preparing periodic reports showing the status of upcoming transactions and renewals
Relations and field follow-up:
- Representing the company before official government agencies and following up on transactions on the ground when needed
- Building strong working relationships with representatives of government agencies to facilitate procedures and accelerate achievement
- Follow up on official correspondence and government responses related to the company
Requirements:
  • Practical experience in QAWA, Social Insurance, Evaluator, Absher Business
  • Good knowledge of government regulations and the Saudi labor system
Language requirements:
  • English-good
