- An administrative assistant is required to work in Riyadh
Objective of the job:
- Comprehensive organization and administrative support to the Procurement Manager and department staff to ensure smooth administrative processes and information flow within and outside the department
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving purchase requests: ensuring that they meet the requirements, then registering them in the system and distributing them to the department’s employees
- Coding items on the system
- Follow up on the performance of the department’s employees: with regard to the requests entrusted to them, and prepare periodic reports thereon
- Administrative coordination for the department director: in terms of arranging his work and appointments, in addition to organizing and preserving documents and papers related to the department’s management.
- Preparing official correspondence and department reports
- Responding to conversations and emails and dealing with them
- Follow-up schedules updates
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in a contracting company environment or procurement departments
