Objective of the job:
- Contributing to the daily operation of the branch with high efficiency, ensuring a distinguished shopping experience for customers, and maintaining a high level of discipline, cleanliness, and accuracy of financial operations within the store.
Daily operational responsibilities:
First: Managing the branch during the shift
- Bearing full responsibility for the branch during the working hours
- Commitment to the branch opening and closing plan (daily checklist)
- Ensure that the exhibits are ready before receiving customers
Second: Presentation and coordination
- Arrange the shelves according to an organized and attractive display mechanism
- Ensure that the FIFO principle is applied (oldest goes first)
- Monitor expiration dates on a daily basis
- Organizing promotions and highlighting targeted products
Third: Customer service
- Receiving customers with a smile and professionalism
- Help in finding products
- Respond to inquiries in a clear and polite manner
- Address minor complaints immediately and inform management of special cases
Fourth: Cashier and financial operations
- Operating the point of sale (POS) system
- Complete payment transactions (cash/network) accurately
- Ensure that the cash box matches at the end of the shift
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of financial transactions
Fifth: Inventory and follow-up
- Monitor the availability of high-demand products
- Prepare a list of deficiencies and submit it to management
- Contributing to the periodic inventory
- Ensure the arrangement of the internal warehouse, if any
Sixth: Hygiene and food safety
- Follow up on the cleanliness of floors, shelves, and cashier area
- Adherence to health safety requirements
- Ensure that products are stored correctly
