Job duties and responsibilities:
- Managing electronic stores: following up and updating products on platforms (such as Basket, Z, or Amazon)
- Processing orders: following up the order cycle from the moment of purchase until receipt, and coordinating with shipping companies
- Content improvement: writing attractive sales descriptions of products and improving display images
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and solve problems related to orders across platforms
- Reports: Preparing periodic reports on sales and inventory performance
Requirements:
At least one year of previous experience in managing online stores or delivery applications
Proficiency in dealing with e-commerce platforms and linking applications
