Objective of the job:
- Managing communication with customers (calls and correspondence) and providing basic sports consultations based on practical experience in sports equipment, which contributes to raising the quality of service and increasing sales.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and customer messages professionally
- Providing an accurate explanation of sports products based on knowledge and practical experience (devices, equipment, accessories)
- Helping the client choose the appropriate product according to the sports goal (slimming, muscle building, fitness, rehabilitation)
- Receiving orders and following them up until closing or delivery
- Answering simple technical inquiries related to use and exercises
- Dealing with complaints and resolving them in a professional manner
- Coordinating with the team and also handling the processing of orders from the warehouse
- Document all calls and conversations and update customer data
Requirements:
Previous experience in the field of sports equipment (a prerequisite)
Preferably those who have experience in sports clubs or sports stores
High communication skill and ability to persuade
Proficiency in using the phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
Understand customers' sports needs and guide them properly
