- Assist in preparing the department’s operational plan and following up on its implementation for the various divisions
- Ensure that pumps and valves are operated properly and ensure that appropriate routine and preventive maintenance is performed
- Communicating with stations, updating information, and managing the operations and maintenance of the water distribution network
- Contributing to the activities of municipal engineering departments, including network extension projects
