Job Description:
- Accurately recording financial transactions, assisting with the preparation of financial reports, and continuous follow-up of accounts to ensure compliance with accounting policies and approved standards.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Recording daily entries, reviewing them, and ensuring their accuracy
• Archiving and organizing documents and invoices
• Assist in preparing periodic financial reports
• Follow up on customer and supplier accounts and settle balances
• Preparing entries for accrued and advance expenses and depreciation
• Entering data into the accounting system
• Support the accounts team in daily work
• Carrying out any other accounting tasks assigned by direct management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
At least two years of experience in the field of accounting, preferably in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Previous experience in contracting companies is preferred
Proficiency in Excel (equations - Pivot Table - data analysis)
