Job description:
- Manage communication and follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to support relationship building.
- Coordinate client meetings and visits, including agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Track business development pipelines, opportunities, and maintain accurate records.
- Support relationships with partners, agents, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct basic market and sector research to support business development decisions.
- Maintain and update CRM / ERP systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Representing the company at exhibitions and events.
