- Preparing innovative and sustainable architectural designs according to the project requirements
- Developing working drawings and engineering plans using architectural design programs (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Coordination with other engineering teams (structural, electrical, mechanical) to ensure integration of designs
- Follow up on the stages of project implementation on site and ensure their conformity with the architectural plans
- Adherence to local and international building and safety standards and codes
- Preparing project documents and periodic reports for clients and management
- Research and development in modern construction methods and materials to enhance design quality
- Providing technical advice to the client and the team on improving the aesthetic performance of buildings
