Review and follow up on architectural designs and drawings:
- Ensure that architectural drawings comply with technical specifications and engineering standards
- Review and approve any modifications or changes in the design in coordination with the principal engineer or designer
Oversight of work execution:
- Follow up on the architectural implementation stages on site
- Ensure the quality of the materials used according to specifications
- Monitor the daily work of the working teams and ensure adherence to plans
Ensure compliance with engineering standards:
- Ensuring the application of approved technical and architectural standards
- Verifying business compliance with safety, quality and environmental specifications
Preparing technical reports:
- Submitting periodic reports on work progress and quality observations
- Document any problems or challenges facing the project and suggest solutions
Coordination with other teams:
- Collaborate with civil, mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure harmony of work between disciplines
- Follow up on the project schedule and ensure contractors adhere to deadlines
Participation in the provisional and final receipt:
- Ensure that the work is completed according to specifications before receipt
- Participate in final inspections and ensure the quality of finishes
