- A lawyer with experience in the field of contracting is required to work in the city of Riyadh
Tasks:
- Preparing, drafting and reviewing all types of contracting and construction contracts
- Providing legal consultations related to building and construction projects
- Representing the company before the courts and judicial and quasi-judicial committees
- Follow up on disputes related to contracting contracts, compensation, delays, and contract cancellation
- Study the legal risks of projects and suggest appropriate legal solutions
- Follow up on regulatory obligations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Preparing legal memorandums and periodic reports for management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree qualification
Experience in contracting and construction contracts
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Highly skilled in legal drafting and negotiation
Ability to manage disputes and judicial representation
Effective communication and accuracy in work
