Job description:
- Follow daily vehicle movement using GPS tracking systems and prepare distance and usage reports
- Supervising periodic and emergency maintenance and coordinating with approved workshops
- Follow up on the periodic inspection of vehicles and ensure compliance with its regular dates
- Renewing vehicle forms on time without delay
- Follow up on car insurance documents and renew them according to regulatory requirements
- Monitoring traffic malfunctions and violations and taking corrective measures
- Follow up attendance and departure
- Follow up on employee housing
- Preparing monthly reports on (fuel consumption - maintenance and costs - vehicle movement - dealing with government platforms)
- Save and archive all fleet documents in an organized manner
- Adherence to the company's safety and quality policies
Requirements:
  • 5 years experience
  • Experience in traffic management, human resources, personnel affairs, and government platforms
Language requirements:
  • English-good
Employment type:
  • Full Time
Salary Range: 3,000 S.R.
