Core Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily accounting operations and ensuring their accuracy in accordance with approved financial standards
- Preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial reports
- Managing a team of accountants, distributing tasks and following up on their performance
- Follow up on customer and supplier accounts and ensure the safety of cash flows
- Coordination with official authorities and external auditors
- Contributing to developing accounting policies and procedures and improving the efficiency of the financial system
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related finance discipline (preferably holders of professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, or ACCA)
4-5 years of practical experience in the accounting field, including at least two years in a supervisory position
Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic (proficiency in English is an added advantage)
Advanced knowledge of Saudi and international accounting standards
High leadership and analytical skills, and the ability to make accurate financial decisions
Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems
