• Managing all operational and administrative processes in the centers
• Planning and organizing daily operations in the centers and ensuring effective use of resources
• Managing and directing the work team, including training and providing the necessary instructions
• Follow up on the quality of services provided and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies for the center to increase customers and enhance the identified brand, analyze the causes of shortcomings and develop necessary improvement plans
• Comply with all industrial and environmental regulations and laws
Requirements:
Previous experience in managing car care centers
Excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate and negotiate
Deep knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in the automotive field
Commitment to achieving quality and efficiency in the services provided
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
