Objective:
- Support the marketing team in the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing and social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and driving engagement across all channels. Contribute to data-driven decision-making and support CRM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Execute and monitor 360º marketing campaigns across digital and social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, social media) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Coordinate content creation and scheduling, ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity and positioning.
Digital & Social Media:
- Manage social media calendars and daily posting schedules.
- Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and provide insights for optimization.
- Support the creation of digital content for campaigns, activations, and product launches.
CRM & Customer Engagement:
- Assist with CRM management, including segmentation, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Support initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and brand engagement.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect and analyze campaign performance data to measure ROI and improve results.
- Prepare reports for management highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
Strategic Support:
- Contribute to marketing planning and provide strategic recommendations based on data and industry trends.
- Support the organization of brand activations, product launches, and photoshoots.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and 360º campaigns
Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing data
Experience with CRM systems and customer engagement strategies
Interest and sensitivity to fashion, jewelry, and luxury lifestyle
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
Languages: Native Arabic and advanced English
Experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands
Ability to contribute to strategic marketing planning
Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
