- Follow up on labor issues and respond to complaints
- Representing the company before the official authorities (labor office - insurance)
- Preparing legal responses and explanatory memorandums
- Handling labor disputes amicably before escalation
- Reviewing and drafting employment contracts and agreements
- Ensuring the integrity of the legal provisions
- Save and archive contracts in a systematic manner
- Coordination with legal advisors when needed
Requirements:
Bachelor of Law
At least 3 years of experience
Complete knowledge of Saudi labor laws, issues, and salary preparation
