Job Description:
- The recruitment officer works to lead the recruitment and appointment system within the company, and ensures the provision of appropriate competencies to support current and future operations. This role directly contributes to enhancing the company's operational readiness by building effective recruitment strategies, developing talent attraction channels, and improving the candidate experience in alignment with the company's culture and values.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Leading the comprehensive recruitment process for all positions, and ensuring the provision of competencies in a timely manner to support the establishment stages and continuity of operational operations
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies targeting candidates with experiences appropriate to the nature of the company’s business
- Collaborate with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and provide advice on job design, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices
- Building strong networks and talent databases through direct recruitment, specialized events, partnerships, and digital platforms.
- Manage the candidate experience and ensure professional, engaging and timely communication throughout the recruitment phases
- Supervising recruitment administrative processes, including posting advertisements, sorting resumes, coordinating interviews, managing job offers, and submitting recruitment files.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations in all recruitment activities
- Support the development of employment tools, systems and indicators to enhance efficiency and accuracy of reports
- Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a fair and balanced recruitment process
- Representing the company’s culture and acting as its ambassador as a preferred employer in the labor market
Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment regulations, requirements for issuing work visas, and adherence to relevant government regulations
Strong knowledge of local and international recruitment practices and modern recruitment methods
Proficiency in using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
