- Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with municipal codes and requirements
- Developing innovative and sustainable designs, and analyzing functions and spaces
- Participate in meetings with clients, present designs and receive feedback
- Preparing Concept Design - Schematic - Detail Design
- Preparing BIM models and working drawings and coordinating with engineering teams
- Preparing design presentations (Sketches – Renderings – 3D Models)
- Follow up on major residential projects and commercial and mixed projects
- Ensuring that designs comply with sustainability goals and specifications of major projects
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in residential, commercial and mixed projects
LEED AP BD+C and MOSTADAM AP certification
Experience in preparing and developing designs from the initial idea to the detailed design
Strong familiarity with engineering code application, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards
Experience in BIM and preparing detailed plans, façades and 3D models
Ability to manage design and coordination between different disciplines
Skill in communicating with clients, receiving feedback, and converting it into design solutions
Familiarity with the design of residential communities, villas, educational buildings, and mixed projects
