Job Description:
- Technical and executive supervision of the maintenance and operation of projects, and ensuring the implementation of civil works in accordance with approved plans and specifications, while adhering to quality, schedule and safety standards.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervising the maintenance and operation of civil works in projects
- Follow up on the implementation of works according to approved plans and technical specifications
- Supervising concrete works, sidewalks, walkways, infrastructure, and general maintenance work
- Coordinating with work teams and subcontractors and following up on their performance
- Quantity inventory and preparation of periodic technical reports
- Follow up on the project schedule and ensure adherence to it
- Ensure that occupational safety and health requirements are implemented on site
- Coordination with supervising authorities
- Processing technical comments received from the competent authorities
Requirements:
Bachelor of Civil Engineering
Previous experience in maintenance and operation projects or government projects is preferred
Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers
Ability to work on the following engineering programs: Primavera P6 Microsoft Project AutoCAD Revit
