- A maintenance manager is required to work in the field of concrete and transportation sector in the city of Riyadh
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Full supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance work for concrete plant equipment
- Transport fleet maintenance management (mixers, trucks, pumps, loaders and heavy equipment)
- Preparing and implementing regular maintenance plans and reducing sudden breakdowns
- Lead mechanical, electrical and hydraulic maintenance teams
- Follow up on equipment readiness and ensure continuity of operation
- Supervising internal maintenance workshops and coordinating with external workshops when needed
- Preparing maintenance budgets and monitoring costs and spare parts
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure their timely availability
- Applying occupational safety and health standards in maintenance work
- Analyzing recurring malfunctions and developing radical solutions for them
- Coordination with the operations, production and transportation departments to ensure the achievement of operational plans
- Preparing periodic technical reports and submitting them to senior management
- Evaluating the performance of maintenance teams and developing their technical skills
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the ready-mixed concrete sector
Language requirements:
English-good
