Tasks and responsibilities:
- Completely supervising the operation of the ready-mixed concrete plant and ensuring efficient workflow
- Planning daily production and organizing operating and supply schedules
- Managing work teams (operation, maintenance, laboratory, drivers)
- Ensure compliance with approved quality standards and technical specifications
- Follow up on concrete and raw material tests and approve mixtures
- Supervising the maintenance of equipment, mixers and production stations
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health procedures
- Coordination with the sales department to meet customer requests on time
- Monitoring operational costs and working to reduce waste
- Dealing with suppliers and following up on raw materials inventory
- Preparing operational reports and submitting them to senior management
- Solve urgent operational problems and make the necessary decisions
Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in cement companies
