Job duties:
- Follow-up, supervision and coordination of project implementation work and ensuring the quality of implementation from the beginning of drilling to the final finishing (according to the approved models) as well as the timetable that is approved by the administration and taking the initiative to update the models and approve them with those with authority if the administration needs to do so.
- Conducting analytical studies for contractors in order to save the cost of the project
- Disbursing extracts to contractors according to the terms of the contract in coordination with the administration
- Calculate quantities for all items before ordering from suppliers and reduce waste
- Taking the initiative to update any special forms and contracts for contractors
- Follow up on the work and its quality during the maintenance period of projects (after-sales services)
- Receiving contractors’ work according to plans before disbursing the extracts
