• Receiving customer inquiries and complaints and responding to them professionally and quickly
• Follow up on customer orders and update them on the status of orders until delivery
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouses, shipping) to ensure customers' needs are met efficiently
• Record customer data and notes into the system and document all interactions
• Addressing and resolving urgent problems to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect customer feedback and transfer it to management to improve the quality of products and services
• Contribute to preparing periodic reports on the level of customer satisfaction and the volume of complaints
• Providing support to customers regarding food products, their specifications and instructions
• Follow up on collecting payments related to orders and ensure their completion in coordination with the Accounts Department
• Participate in marketing activities and communicate with customers via social media as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in using a computer
Age from 20 to 35 years
Possibility of working two shifts, and withstanding the pressure of working during the seasons
