- Follow up on employees’ commitment to working hours and submit reports to management
- Organizing and preserving documents and records and managing correspondence (incoming and outgoing)
- Providing administrative, logistical support and business needs
- Follow up on the factory property, periodic maintenance work, and submit reports
- Coordination with external parties and issuing the necessary licenses
- Contributing to developing work and improving administrative procedures

Proficiency in using computers (Word - Excel - Outlook)
File organizing and arranging skills
