Tasks:
- Sales: registering contracts, adding and authorizing drivers, following up and receiving drivers’ inquiries regarding all rental matters
- Follow up on car movement and maintenance
- Marketing: Making 5 field visits daily to 5 companies at a rate of 120 visits per month and displaying the company’s services and the company’s profile, and also not being limited to field visits and searching for clients through websites and communicating with them, recording and creating a database for all visits made to potential clients and contact numbers.
- Preservation and documents: Create a file for each car and save all documents and invoices
- Financial claim: Make a detailed monthly financial claim for customers, send it on the due date, follow up on payments, and communicate with customers to collect amounts and avoid late payment.
