- A sales representative (mini cakes) is required for cafes to work in the city of Riyadh
Tasks:
- Communicating with current and new customers to introduce them to the products or services provided
- Achieving monthly and annual sales goals according to approved plans
- Preparing periodic reports on sales activities and market movement and submitting them to the relevant department
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure they are implemented and delivered on time
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and increase market share
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and transfer it to management to improve the quality of products or services
- Participate in exhibitions and marketing events to display the company’s products and enhance its presence in the market
- Follow up on collecting financial dues from customers and ensure their payment within the specified periods
- Collaborate with other work teams such as marketing and customer service to ensure the best sales results are achieved
Requirements:
Secondary qualification or higher
Age from 25 to 40 years
Proficiency in using a computer
