- Providing administrative and organizational support to ensure that daily work runs smoothly and efficiently within the department or organization
- Organizing appointments and meetings and following up on the agenda
- Receiving, answering or forwarding phone calls and e-mails
- Preparing official correspondence, reports and memos
- Save and organize paper and electronic files
- Enter data and update records accurately
- Coordinating meetings and preparing their minutes when needed
- Follow up on administrative transactions and ensure that they are completed on time
- Support administrative teams and employees in daily tasks
- Dealing with visitors and customers in a professional manner
- Carrying out any other administrative tasks assigned by the administration
Requirements:
