- Collect data from different systems (e.g. ERP, CR)
- Clean and prepare data using tools such as SQL, BI Power, Excel or Python
- Create reports and interactive dashboards (Dashboards)
- Analyzing trends and patterns and coming up with recommendations based on data
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and transform them into analytical solutions
- Continuously checking the quality and accuracy of data
- Writing documents and reports supporting the analysis results
- Follow up and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
Proficiency in working with programs (Excel - Power Bi - Google Sheets)
