- A customer service employee is required to work for (Delivery Orders Department) at OOCL Company in Jeddah
Job duties:
- Issuing delivery permits and following up on relevant documents
- Coordination with internal departments and relevant authorities in the port
- Responding to customer inquiries and processing comments professionally
- Adherence to company procedures and shipping systems
- Keeping records and following up accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Bachelor's degree qualification
Previous experience in customer service or shipping and logistics
Knowledge of delivery authorization procedures and port operations
