- Follow up on employee affairs and job files
- Coordination with government agencies and completing official procedures
- Implementing approved human resources policies and systems
- Preparing periodic reports on human resources
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
Experience in human resources systems and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Complete knowledge of the systems of the Ministry of Human Resources, Social Insurance, Qawi, Madad, Absher Business, Muqeem, and others
The ability to follow up transactions with government departments and official agencies
Familiarity with recruitment procedures, contracts, salaries, attendance and departure, and termination of services
High organizational and communication skills
Seriousness, commitment, and tolerance of work pressure
