Job Description:
- We are looking for a project manager with a leadership personality, a high ability to communicate and persuade, and who will be responsible for planning, implementing and following up on projects to ensure that goals are achieved according to the approved timetables and budgets, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning projects and determining the scope of work, goals and resources required
- Managing and implementing projects from their inception until their final delivery
- Continuous coordination with various work teams and stakeholders
- Effective communication with clients and building long-term professional relationships
- Providing presentations and explaining the proposed solutions to clients professionally
- The ability to persuade and present the added value of projects and services
- Follow up on work progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Analyze problems, develop appropriate solutions, and make the necessary decisions
- Preparing periodic reports on the progress of projects and submitting them to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, information technology, or any related field
Proven practical experience in project management
PMP – Project Management Professional certificate or any other accredited certificates in the field of project management
Proficiency in preparing and presenting presentations
A leadership personality and the ability to manage work teams
Skills in organizing, time management and working under pressure
High communication skills and the ability to speak fluently and tactfully
