- Responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving company goals by communicating with existing and new customers, presenting products or services, and assisting in developing long-term customer relationships. Tasks and responsibilities:
- Communicating with existing and new clients via phone or personal visits
- Presenting products and services and explaining their features and benefits to customers
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure that their needs are met
- Recording customer data and transactions in the company’s system or database
- Assist in preparing quotations and promotional materials
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly or annual sales goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (knowledge in sales or marketing preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner
