- Branch sales managers are required to work at the company’s branches in the city of (Dammam - Jeddah - Medina)
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Team management: hiring, training, and motivating sales staff and monitoring their performance periodically
- Achieving goals: developing monthly and annual sales plans for the branch and working to achieve and exceed them
- Customer Service: Building strong relationships with strategic customers and ensuring customer complaints are addressed professionally
- Reports: Submitting periodic reports to senior management about sales volume, trends, and competition in the geographical area of the branch
- Inventory management: Ensuring the availability of products and organizing their display within the branch in a manner consistent with the company’s visual identity
- Market analysis: studying the local market and proposing promotions that increase customer demand
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
At least two years of experience in sales
High leadership ability and people management skills
Language requirements:
English-fluent
